I think I could just say that and be done. But I won't.
Instead I will pose the question, "Does it make you an awesome hacker if you can hack into a non-profit organization's website?"
Not so much. But they still do it. And I have no idea why. It must be for bragging rights. It's not like you can steal any money from our site - donations are made through a secure, third-party site.
So why do they bother?
I'm starting to think it might be personal.
